Story of my ownWell I was htinking of this story and thought I'd just type it since no one is around and I have nothing to do x3 The start will come in the next post. This story is actually about a mutant rat who has some really problems because of the stuff the scientists did to him.

Ch. 1 Escape
His breathing was quick and came out sharp as his clawed feet scratched at the pavement. He jumped from the ground to the side of the building. His claws catching he scaled the wall with amazing speed. He reached the top and floped on the roof of the old building. Suddenly the sound of a helicopter seemed to move his legs into action. He sprang to his feet and dashed across the rooftop. His grey skin like fur did blow. His eras were laid flat against his head and his tail flew out behind him. As he reached the edge of the building he simple jumped landing on the ground on all four feet. His dark black pants had red stains on them and his left shoulder was torn. He leaned against the wall behind two dumpsters as the sound of the copters passed. He closed his eyes a hand on his chest. His bright green eyes half closed.

His rat tail laid limply on the ground beside him. He was tall, for a mutant rat that is. He must have been 5' 10" His long slender arms, were strong despite their apperance and his legs had enough power to nock a full grown adult out senseless. "Come on Sorrow pull yourself together!" he said to himself holding his hand down on his should to reduce the bleeding. His grey hair feel into his eyes as he slumped forward sighing. As he was looking down his eyes caught it. "Manhole cover...." he siad to himself. Crawling over he pushed the metal cover aside and crawled down into the sewers. His feet landed in ice cold sewer water "Just don't think about it." he told himself. His wiskered twitched and his ears seemed to go a mile a minute. His ancestores watched him, squeaking, from the pipes above.

Sorrow walked quietly down the sewer line. All his life he had been kept in a small cage, fear of closed in places was common. Right? He sucked in a deep breath and let it out slowly. "YOWW!" From way down the sewer a voice rang Kida bent down rubbing her foot. "Freakin rocks! Who throws rocks down a sewer?!" she asked herself. Her pale white turtle skin glowed a bit in the darkness. The headphones around her neck, which had slipped off her head, were blasting out some song with a fast beat. Kida sighed, standing up she tested her foot. It was broken but most certainly bruised. "Oh, Splinter is going to kill me!" she siad walking slowly down the sewer way "Now he is going to know I was out of the lair. Darn curfew!"

"Ouch, ouch..." she siad with each step. She sighed and played with the bright pink tounge ring inside her mouth. Sorrow stoped his ears picked up the sound of another. With a darting movement he jumped up into the pipes. Kida was unawer of Sorrow's presence. With a scrape of metal he jumped at her teeth bared. "I got you..you..lizard?" Sorrow said in mid air and then hit her shell with a resounding smack. Sorrow rubbed his head as he looked up into Kida's face. "Ok lets get somthing straight first jumping boy. I'm a TURTLE, not a LIZARD." said Kida shakeing her head "Second do you have a license to come jumping on everyone who walks by because last I checked this was America and these sewers were open to any mutant to wlak through." Kida said crossing her arms.

"I'm sorry...." said Sorrow from the ground. "I'm just a bit uh tense." Kida raised and eyebrow and looked him up and down. "Wait a minute you're a...oh geeze not another one!" Kida said slapping her forhead. "What?" asked Sorrow "I alreayd live with 6 mutant guys we don't need to make it seven!" said Kida. Sorrow's ears perked up "Wait you mena there are others like you..I mean..like us?" Kida shrugged "Well yeah..." Sorrow suddenly grabed her leg and her hurt foot "Can I please stay with you?! Please there is someone after me!" Sorrow cried. "Ow dangit! If you'll let go of my hurt foot!" siad Kida. "Oh sorry..." said Sorrow with a nervous smile. "I think it's ok, but I'd have to ask Splinter first." said Kida then she smiled "That will get his mind off my disobediance perfect!" she said throwing an arm around Sorrow's shoulders "Come on uh..." Sorrow looked at her "Sorrow my name is Sorrow." Kida cocked an eyebrow again "Well I don't think I'v ever said this but nice to meet you Sorrow. I'm Kida."
