Well Cassie17..it's a pretty much long story. ok, go to the bottom of your page. You click on the place where it has ' "go to Administration Panel" and something on the side of your screen will apear. Than you scroll down User list. Click it and you'll have a user page. you may use Edit(name, adrees, ect. even yours) or Permission (for making some one a modantor/elper around the site). Then after you set what you wnat, you just got down to "submit" and bingo..your there. I hope I helped ya._^ if you want me as your mod there, I cna probally help your site a bit if there's smething you need to improve, it took me a while to learn alot on my own.

Those aren't ribbions.^_^ they are belts, karate belts to be percise. they tell you your rank.
